Overview
XGN2-12 fixed type metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is used in 3.6, 7.2, 12KV three-phase AC 50Hz systems to receive and distribute electric energy. It is suitable for frequent operation occasions. The busbar system is a single busbar (single busbar with bypass and double busbar structure can be derived). It complies with GB 3906 “3~35KV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear” and IEC298 stan-dards, with “five-protection” locking function.
The main switch adopts ZN28-12 series vacuum circuit breaker, equipped with CD17 series electromagnetic operating mechanism or CT19 series spring op-erating mechanism, and the disconnector adopts GN30-12 rotary or GN22-12 high current disconnector.
Operating Conditions
1. Ambient temperature: upper limit + 40℃, lower limit ‒5℃;
2. Altitude: ≤1000m;
3. Relative humidity: daily average 95%, monthly average 90%;
4. Seismic resistance: 8 magnitude;
5. Places without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corro-sion and severe vibration;
6. Exceeding environmental conditions requires negotiation with the manu-facturer.
