3. While the vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear is in operation, the front and rear doors of the cubicle are mechanically locked with the grounding knife (to prevent accidental entry into live compartments).
4. During operation and closure of the vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear, the grounding knife cannot be closed to engage (to prevent closure with live grounding).
5. During operation and closure of the vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear, the breaker carriage cannot be moved out of the working position (to prevent withdrawal with load).
